plymouth-theme-edubuntu software package provides Plymouth is an application that runs very early, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plymouth-theme-edubuntu
plymouth-theme-edubuntu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plymouth-theme-edubuntu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plymouth-theme-edubuntu *
You will get with plymouth-theme-edubuntu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
